We meet, we heal, we share, we support, we drop into our bodies, hearts and breath. We women are seeking to revive, reclaim, and remember the tradition of the women's circle. The Women's Circle will bring back to life this ancient feminine practice, demonstrating the benefits, healing, and magic that occur when women gather. This is an opportunity for all women to call in their community, gather and connect. Never has there been a more important time to rediscover the power of women’s circles.
A women's circle is a gathering of women to exchange energy, open to all ladies, girls, teens, and women who feel like they want to join an empowering group of incredible women who sit in a circle, allowing themselves to feel heard, seen, and supported by the circle. We allow ourselves to be vulnerable and connect to each other on a level only women can understand. We talk, share our stories, practise yoga, meditation, breathwork, all with the heart-opening medicine of cacao and an optional sea dip afterwards.
These days, women are taking life in a different direction than our predecessors have. We are rocking it.
As women, we are juggling a whole load of daily tasks, and we need this valuable time to check in with ourselves first.
" You can't pour from an empty cup "
We women are really investing in ourselves, our wellbeing, our energy and our overall physical & energetic bodies through our practice of showing up in a circle doing yoga, pranayama, meditation and cold water therapy.

Why not bring our daughters into this magical space of gathering in a circle. We can teach our daughters the amazing power of this sacred space, to come together as women; for growth, support, and mother-daughter connection. This circle is especially for mothers and daughters to strengthen this bond as well as to build the most important relationship, the one we have with ourselves.
This circle is for all women of all ages to come together with like minded ladies ,anyone who feels they are missing something in their life, going through tough times or just feel they need that support and shared space of women.
