The goal is to promote healthy living habits through my programs. My programs are aimed at taking care of the physical and emotional state of your employees. This can be achieved through physical and emotional activities like yoga, healing meditation, breathwork, journaling, sound healing and empowering coaching.

My program is delivered over an 8-week period. The Zen Program will begin with a 2-hour workshop discussing the benefits of a regular self-care practice. Involving yoga, introduction to meditation and breathwork.

Topics also included for discussion are developing a personal healing journey and an introduction on how to use journaling as a supportive tool to encourage the self-expression of emotional release & a positive self-regulation practice. Journaling is also proven to have amazing benefits for goal setting, organisational skills, and career progression.

The emphasis throughout the 8 weeks is to develop and encourage a selection of positive self-regulation, self-care practices that can be accessed at any time if you feel triggered, stressed or a need to maintain a positive sense of wellbeing.
